The Croudace Homes Group is privately owned and has been in existence for over 63 years, developing both Private and Public sector housing. To further enhance the Groups’ position in the Affordable Housing Sector, Croudace Homes in Partnership Ltd (CHiP) was set up as a wholly owned subsidiary of Croudace Limited on 1st January 2004 to specialise in the development of Affordable Housing and sustainable communities.
In 2008, CHiP handed over 180 homes and whilst the industry enters 2009 with some trepidation, we have a positive approach to the challenges ahead!
